Graphic design for Delhi NCR: Hindi and English layouts, accessible public-sector design, coaching creative, corporate decks and trade catalogues.
Webtales IT Solutions designs bilingual Hindi and English creative, accessible material for public bodies, coaching institute campaigns and corporate presentations for Delhi NCR organisations, working remotely from CBD Belapur in Navi Mumbai, where its designers are based.
Delhi NCR is not one market for a designer. A ministry or PSU in central Delhi needs documents that pass accessibility and committee review; a consulting firm in Gurugram’s Cyber City wants board-ready decks; a coaching institute in Mukherjee Nagar needs posters, result creatives and social posts at volume; a trader in Sadar Bazaar or Karol Bagh wants a catalogue retailers can order from. Noida’s media companies and electronics manufacturers, and Faridabad’s industrial firms, bring briefs of their own, from channel graphics to product manuals and trade-show panels.
What connects them is language. Much of the audience reads Hindi, English and a Hinglish mix of the two, so layouts have to handle Devanagari and Latin type side by side without looking like an afterthought.
Free audit, honest scoping, no obligation.
Hindi text runs longer and needs more line height than English. We choose type pairs and grids that give both scripts room, so a bilingual poster or report reads cleanly in either language.
Government websites in India are expected to follow GIGW, the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites, which draw on WCAG accessibility standards. We design with adequate colour contrast, readable type sizes and alt-text-ready graphics, and hand over files that support an audit.
Civil services and entrance coaching centres around Mukherjee Nagar and Old Rajinder Nagar publish constantly: batch launches, toppers, test series, webinars. We build template families so new posts come out fast and still look like the same institute.
Corporate and consulting teams need slide masters, chart styles and report templates that their own staff will use daily. We design the master once, carefully, so every analyst’s deck looks consistent.
Distributors in Chandni Chowk, Sadar Bazaar and Karol Bagh sell to retailers who order by code and photo. We lay out catalogues that are quick to scan on WhatsApp and clear when printed.
Healthcare providers across the capital need signage, discharge leaflets and department brochures in plain Hindi and English. We design for anxious readers: large type, clear steps and nothing decorative in the way.
Every item above ships in fortnightly cycles
We deliver in fixed 14-day cycles, so you always know what’s next.
You get a dedicated lead who owns your project, keeps things moving and is your single point of contact.
We use a shared board so you can see progress, priorities and what’s coming next — all in one place.
You’ll get a clear monthly report against the KPIs we agreed — so you can measure impact, not guess.

Your Growth,
Our Priority
The most common problem is designing in English first and pasting in a Hindi translation at the end. The Hindi version then overflows its boxes, gets set in whatever Devanagari font is installed, and loses the hierarchy of the original. Readers notice, and for public-facing organisations it can look careless.
A better approach is to decide at the brief stage which pieces are bilingual, which are Hindi-first and which are English-only, and to design the grid for the longest version. Hinglish social copy needs its own treatment again, because it is usually typed in Latin script but read with Hindi rhythm. Search behaviour reinforces this: many people in the region type or speak queries in Hindi or Hinglish, so a landing page and its visuals should match the language of the query that brought the visitor.
Geography matters too. NCR spans Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, so a brand with branches in Noida, Gurugram and Faridabad may need separate addresses, offers and listing images for each, all built from one master design.
We have no office in NCR, and we say so up front. The work runs over video calls, a shared task board and a monthly written report, with design delivered in fortnight-long cycles, and our team travels there for kickoffs or major reviews when meeting in person will move things faster.
Free audit, honest scoping, no obligation.
Six things that are true of every engagement, whatever the service. Ask any client.
Fourteen years average experience across the team, certified by Google, HubSpot and LinkedIn. You notice the difference in the first conversation, not just the pitch.
Strategists, designers, developers and QA in one office. Technical fixes, landing pages and tracking get built, not handed to another vendor.
Watskart and Property CRM are our own products. We grow them with the same methods we recommend to you, which keeps our advice honest.
KPIs agreed before work starts and reported monthly in plain language: leads, cost per lead and revenue by channel, never just impressions.
Accounts, files, logins and data stay yours. Flat fees agreed up front, no percentage of spend, and a documented handover whenever you want it.
Head office at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. Meet the people doing the work.
If your design brief touches other channels, see social media management in Delhi, SEO and GEO, WordPress development for accessible websites, and LinkedIn marketing for corporate audiences. Every deliverable is listed on the design and graphics page, and our design work for Bangalore follows the same remote model.

Yes. We design bilingual Hindi and English layouts using paired Devanagari and Latin typefaces, sized for the longer language so neither version looks cramped. We work from copy you or your translator supply, and we can set up templates for Hinglish social posts that read naturally.
We design with accessibility in mind, including colour contrast, legible type sizes and graphics prepared for alt text, which supports the GIGW guidelines that Indian government websites are expected to follow. Formal compliance testing and certification remain with your department or its appointed auditor.
Hindi text breaks when pasted into a finished English design because it runs longer and needs more line height, so it overflows boxes, falls back to whatever Devanagari font is installed and loses the original hierarchy. For Delhi organisations we decide at the brief stage which pieces are bilingual, Hindi-first or English-only, and size every grid for the longer version.
Yes. We design template families for batch announcements, results, test series and webinars, so new posts can be produced quickly while staying recognisably yours. Your team can use the editable templates in-house, or we can produce posts in our fortnightly delivery cycles.
Yes. Distributors in Chandni Chowk, Sadar Bazaar and Karol Bagh sell to retailers who order by product code and photo. We lay out catalogues that are quick to scan when shared page by page on WhatsApp and still clear when printed, with editable source files so your team can add new stock or change codes without a full redesign.
Yes. Corporate and consulting teams in Gurugram's Cyber City need slide masters, chart styles and report templates that their own staff use every day. We design the master once, carefully, with locked layouts and a defined chart palette, so every analyst's board or client deck looks consistent without a designer checking each one.
Yes. Delhi NCR crosses state lines, with Noida in Uttar Pradesh and Gurugram and Faridabad in Haryana, so a brand with branches in all three often needs separate addresses, offers and listing images for each city. We keep one master file with a location layer for each branch, so every version comes from the same design and stays consistent in both Hindi and English.
Patient leaflets for a Delhi hospital should use large type, clear numbered steps and plain Hindi and English, with nothing decorative between the reader and the instruction. We design signage, discharge leaflets and department brochures for anxious readers, set both scripts with properly paired fonts and work from medical copy your clinical team has approved.
